Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Digital products or downloadable software.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
  • If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us and provide your order details.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How to Initiate a Return
